Despite touting cross-platform play for Matches like Fortniteand Rocket League, Microsoft is Eliminating its own game, Minecraft from one platform — Program le TV.

Don’t worry though, you can continue to play with Minecraft on Apple TV, keep constructing in our world, and your Marketplace purchases — such as Minecoins — will continue to become available. Howeverwe all know that this adventure isn’t in-line with the expertise on other platforms, so we will be devoting full refunds on all purchases made within the previous 90 days”
Microsoft’s announcement indicates that a vast majority of its player base isn’t on Apple TV and has therefore pulled the plug. It drives home the inherent fact that despite its position on attributes like cross-platform play to bolster its consumer base on platforms such as the Xbox One, it will not shy away from dropping assistance from programs which it deems unfit.
Previously, Minecraft programmer Mojang announced a new”action-adventure game inspired by classic dungeon crawlers” for PC: it is called Minecraft: Dungeons, that is playable solo or with friends cooperativelyup to four players in total.
